Refund policy

Unopened fragrances can be returned for a refund up to 14 days after the item has been shipped. If an item is used or if the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to offer a 50% refund in the form of a So Avant Garde gift card. 

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). The returned product will be inspected by our QC warehouse team upon arrival, and if it is accepted, a refund will be issued.

NOTE: We do not offer refunds on samples, sample discovery sets, or products that are not sealed in cellophane (example Creed). 

NOTE: We do not offer refunds on international orders outside of the US.

If you would like an update on the progress of your returned or exchanged item(s), please use the same order number that you used to initiate your return.
